      通过设计高速柔性破袋机并在垃圾分选生产线上进行实验,系统探索了整机构造、鞭具、转辊以及安装位置等重要因素对破袋效果和稳定性的影响,得出了最优鞭型为直径ϕ3~6 mm的钢丝绳,在鞭具根部固定方式保持不小于30°的环向自由度时,可消除疲劳,鞭具最优线速度为10~20 m·s-1。柔性破袋机结构轻简、能耗低,其破袋效果可满足生活垃圾分选线的要求。在防缠方面,相对于鞭具静止的辊子壁面防缠效果更明显。柔性破袋机可以骑跨在输送设备上,在分选线上多点布置,达到破袋率累积的效果。柔性破袋机布置在水平料流面上方时,要比布置在直立料流面一侧防缠效果更好。

      By configuring a flexible, high speed bag-breaker, and mounting it upon a municipal solid waste (MSW) sorting line, the entire machine and its related factors are tested. These factors include whip style, roller structure and mount position on the line, which have varied effects on both bag breaking efficiency and running stability of the machine. The research shows that preferred whip is wire rope with diameter of 3 to 6 millimeters, of which the end should be connected in a way of hinge with a peripheral freedom of more than 30°, and that the whip runs better at a speed of 10 to 20 m·s-1. Such a flexible bag-breaker with a light structure and at low energy consumption can meet need of normal MSW sorting line in the bag opening efficiency. The research also provided some positive and practical improvement of anti-tangling, by designing a relatively still roller surface to turning whip. The flexible bag breakers can be mounted in a riding way over a conveyor at different position on the line to accumulate the efficiency. It is better for tangle resistance to mount the bag-breaker over horizontally flowing material than against vertically flowing material.
