      在初沉污泥厌氧发酵过程中,以NaOH作为碱剂调节污泥pH,虽能有效提高发酵液中有机物浓度,但同时发酵液中的氮、磷等副产物的含量也增加,且发酵后污泥脱水性能较差。为解决上述问题,通过小试试验,考察了NaOH与Ca(OH)2混合碱和沸石联用的强化方式对发酵液性质及污泥脱水性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用NaOH与Ca(OH)2比例为1:3的混合碱液调节初沉污泥pH至10,且同步投加160 g/L沸石时,具有最好的强化发酵及控制氮、磷副产物的产生的特性,同时发酵后污泥具有较好脱水性能。在此条件下,发酵液的SCOD、TVFA、NH4+-N和PO43--P分别为4740、3104、67.02和2.72 mg/L,具有作为反硝化碳源的潜力,同时发酵后污泥CST值为266.1 s,具有较好的脱水性能,有利于污泥的后续处理。

      Though using NaOH to adjusted sludge pH could effectively improve the organic matter concentration, the concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus will increase in the fermented liquid with poor sludge dewatering performance during the process of primary sludge anaerobic fermentation. In order to solve above problems, a series of lab-scale experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of using NaOH and Ca(OH)2 mixed alkali and zeolite combined method on the properties of fermentation liquid and sludge dewatering performance. Experimental results demonstrated that the best fermentation performance and sludge dewatering was achieved, nitrogen and phosphorus by-products were controlled when 1:3 of NaOH and Ca(OH)2 was used to adjust sludge pH to 10 with 160 g/L zeolite was added synchronously. Under above condition, the concentration of SCOD, TVFA, NH4+-N, and PO43--P was 4740, 3104, 67.02, and 2.72 mg/L, respectively. The result indicated that the fermentation production is the potential carbon source for denitrification. Meanwhile, sludge CST value was 266.1 s that showed good sludge dewatering performance after fermentation and benefited to the sludge treatment subsequently.
