      针对生物质成型燃料锅炉烟气中的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放浓度高问题,采用布袋除尘与生物炭吸附相结合工艺技术,集成通风直接冷却技术,研发了TSP-VOCs一体化脱除装置,并开展了脱除效果验证试验,结果表明:装置对 TSP去除率87.76%~90.65%,出口TSP浓度低于3.5mg/m<sub>3</sub>,VOCs去除率56.91%~69.47%,远低于《GB 13271-2014锅炉大气污染物排放标准》,表明该装置对生物质锅炉烟气中的TSP和VOCs具有较好的脱除效果,该研究的装置和结果可为生物质成型燃料锅炉烟气净化提供技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      An integrated removal device with the removal of Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) is designed contraposing that the flue gas of biomass boilers emission characteristics, which has fine particle size of TSP and complex VOCs. The process characteristics and key parameters design of the device are studied. The biomass boiler was tested in different combustion power, and the results showed that this device can realize the continuous and stable operation, the average removal rate was 87.76%~90.65%, the average export concentration of TSP was 2.4mg/m<sub>3</sub>, the average removal rate of VOCs was 56.91%~69.47%, the average export concentration of VOCs 1.6ppm. The device has better removal efficiency of TSP and VOCs and removal effect on TSP and VOCs. The device achieves the design requirements, and realizes the removal of TSP and VOCs from the biomass boiler flue gas.
