      玻璃分相的方法可以将重金属钡从CRT屏玻璃中高效脱除。该方法将CRT屏玻璃与一定量的B2O3混合后在空气气氛下进行热分相处理。在热分相处理过程中屏玻璃中的B2O3与SiO2逐渐分离形成两个独立的相(富B2O3相和富SiO2相)。CRT屏玻璃中的重金属钡和其他碱金属氧化物在分相过程中主要富集在呈网状连通结构富B2O3相中。将分相处理产物经5 mol?L-1的硝酸在90 °C条件下浸泡30 min,即可将富B2O3相以及其中包含的重金属钡一并去除,得到SiO2含量超过95%的高硅氧玻璃粉末。实验结果表明,当反应温度为1 100 °C,B2O3添加量为30%,保温30 min时,钡的脱除率可以达到98.84%。故本研究为废弃CRT屏玻璃无害化处理与资源化利用提供了一条新的途径。
英文摘要:
      Heavy metal Ba was efficient removed from waste CRT panel glass by glass phase separation. CRT panel glass was remelted with B2O3 under air atmosphere. During the phase separation process, the glass phase separated into two phases which were B2O3-rich phase and SiO2-rich phase. Most of BaO and other metal oxides contained in the CRT panel glass were mainly concentrated in the interconnected network of B2O3-rich phase. The interconnected B2O3-rich phase and BaO can be completely leached out by 5 mol?L-1 HNO3 at 90 °C for 30 min. The remaining SiO2-rich phase was consisting almost entirely of silica( purity > 95% ) . The experimental results show that the barium removal rate can reach 98.84% by setting the temperature, B2O3 added amount and holding time at 1 100 °C, 30% and 30 min, respectively. Therefore, this study may provides a new process for the detoxification and reclamation of waste CRT panel glass.
