重介质混凝沉淀工艺工程应用中的难点及解决方案

摘要:
为了解决重介质混凝沉淀技术中重介质微粒粒径小、密度高、流动性差、对后续工艺影响大等难点,本文通过调节重介质粉的材质与参数、设计投加与回收方式、改善沉淀池斜板清洗方案等各项技术,提出相关设备专利并提供了解决方案。结果表明,在实际运行过程中,CASS出水的水质经重介质混凝沉降后得到进一步的改善。另一方面,与传统混凝沉淀工艺的土地占地面积相比,能够节省20%以上的占地面积以及20%左右混凝剂的投加量。工艺的改进也提高了工艺运行的稳定性和重介质粉的回收率。本研究从整体优化了重介质混凝沉淀工艺,有利于其在实际工程中的应用。

Difficulties and Solutions in the engineering applications of dense media loading coagulation and sedimentation(DLCS)

Abstract:
In the process of dense media loading coagulation and sedimentation (DLCS), the dense media particles have the characteristics of small particle size, high density, poor fluidity and large influence to following processes. In order to solve these difficulties, we adjusted the parameters of dense media particles, adding and recycling, cleaning of the inclined plates of sedimentation tank and gave some patents and solutions. In practical application, the water quality of CASS’s effluent is further improved with the treatment of DLCS. Compared to traditional coagulation and sedimentation, the DLCS saves more than 20% of the floor area and about 20% of the dosage of coagulant. The improvement of DLCS further enhances the stability and increases the collection rate of the dense media particles. DLCS is optimized in this study and it makes for the practical engineering on the whole.
