      针对好氧颗粒污泥SBR-膜生物反应器(AGS-MBR)组合工艺存在的启动时间长、总磷(TP)去除效果不稳定等问题,本文以模拟城市生活污水为原水,分别对SBR内的空气流速,MBR的HRT与气水比等运行参数进行优化,实现组合工艺的稳定运行目标。实验结果表明:优化后的SBR内的空气流速为2 cm/s、MBR的HRT为3 h、MBR的气水比为25:1,AGS-MBR组合工艺出水COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP的平均浓度分别为21.2 mg/L、0.08 mg/L、7.8 mg/L、0.4 mg/L,出水C、N、P指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002的一级A标准。对系统中TP进行物料平衡分析表明:系统TP的去除途径主要是SBR快速沉淀池周期排出的剩余污泥。该研究的结果可为AGS-MBR组合工艺应用于城市污水处理厂的提标改造提供技术支持。
英文摘要:
      Considering the problems of aerobic granular sludge SBR-MBR (AGS-MBR) combined system, including long start-up time and unstable total phosphorus (TP) treatment efficiency, in this study, the operation condition parameters, i.e. the air velocity in SBR, hydraulic retention time (HRT) and gas/water ratio in MBR were optimized to obtain stable system treatment performance when treating synthetic municipal wastewater. The experimental results show that the operation condition parameters are optimized to be the air velocity of 2 cm/s in SBR, the HRT of 3 h in MBR, the gas/water ratio of 25:1 in MBR, and thus the average concentrations of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP in system effluent is 21.2 mg/L, 0.08 mg/L, 7.8 mg/L, 0.4 mg/L, respectively, all which satisfy the first level A standard in Chinese GB18918-2002. From the mass balance analysis on TP in the system, it is found that the TP removal mainly is executed by discharging of sludge in rapid sedimentation tank periodically. This study provides a technique support for the application of AGS-MBR combined system in the upgrading of domestic sewage treatment plants.
