      为了提高双层滤料颗粒床对亚微米粉尘的过滤效率,进行了双层滤料颗粒床与金属纤维毡梯级过滤试验研究。双层滤料颗粒床中的上层滤料粒径为1.0~2.0 mm,下层滤料粒径为0.3~0.5 mm,金属纤维毡精度为15 μm。试验粉尘为微硅粉与石灰粉(助滤剂)的混合粉尘,粒径小于1.0 μm的占50%,双层滤料颗粒床入口粉尘浓度为2 g?m-3, 初始过滤速度为0.25 m?s-1。结果表明:不加金属纤维毡的双层滤料颗粒床的过滤效率为96.35%,出口粉尘浓度为85.5 mg?m-3,总压降为1840 Pa;加金属纤维毡时,双层滤料颗粒床与金属纤维毡梯级过滤的总过滤效率为99.13%,出口粉尘浓度为19.8 mg?m-3,总压降为1730 Pa;双层滤料颗粒床与金属纤维毡梯级过滤大幅度地降低了出口粉尘浓度,并且由于金属纤维毡替代了稳流层,还降低了总压降。

      To improve the efficiency of dual-layer granular bed for the filtration of sub-micron dust, we have conducted the experimental study of cascaded filtration in dual-layer granular bed combined with metal fiber felt. In dual-layer granular bed, the particle size of filtering media in upper filtering layer was 1.0~2.0 mm; that in the lower filtering layer was 0.3~0.5 mm and the fineness of metal fiber felt was 15 μm. The experimental dust was a mixture of silica fume and lime powders (i.e., a filtration aid), among which the dust with a particle size of less than 1.0 μm accounted for 50%. The inlet dust concentration of dual-layer granular bed was 2.0 g?m-3 and the initial filtration velocity was 0.25 m?s-1. The result shows that the filtration efficiency of dual-layer granular bed without metal fiber felt is 96.35%, the outlet dust concentration is 85.5 mg?m-3 and the total pressure drop is 1840 Pa. However, the overall filtration efficiency of dual-layer granular bed combined with metal fiber felt is 99.13%, the outlet dust concentration is 19.8 mg?m-3 and the total pressure drop is 1730 Pa. The outlet dust concentration was greatly decreased under the cascaded filtration of dual-layer granular bed combined with metal fiber felt and the total pressure drop was reduced by replacing the flow-stabilizing layer with the metal fiber felt.
